Class Description:
Class begins with a set modern/jazz warm-up, touching on the styles of Horton, Limon, Luigi, Fosse, Cole-and focuses on the combination of isolations, basic ballet and jazz technique and presentation. Diana encourages all her students to acquire a foundation in beginner to intermediate ballet so they might fully enjoy her class, and to come prepared with flat jazz shoes, character heels, knee pads, and proper form-fitting attire.

From beginning to end, class is structured to give the student the experience of being in a Company on stage, working together through a Company warm-up, rehearsal and a final performance. Pieces often incorporate blocking, partnering, scene, song and dance. The atmosphere is fast paced, positive, professional and challenging.
