(Elements of Asana)
Learn from the roots up based on the principles of alignment
and movement. Begins with warm-up postures and basic postures which encourage
balance, strength and flexibility while stretching and lengthening muscles
for optimal health and wellness. Some of the postures can be challenging
however, modifications make the class suitable for anyone. The class includes
breathwork and relaxation techniques. All levels welcome.
